All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post. All orders placed Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-3 business days of its ship date.
We ask you provide us with a residential or business address where someone will be present and available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. If no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. Palma Collective is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email.
The shipping options we provide are :
- Express delivery on Australian orders AU$12 (1-3 business days)
- Flat rate of AU$25 on all International orders (Express shipping including tracking, international duties and customs tax are the responsibility of the customer)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 7 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Palma Collective boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

within 7 days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Palma Collective and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
For returns and exchanges, the product must be sent by registered post at the cost of the sender.
For exchanges, once received, Palma Collective will then post out the new item at no additional cost. Please note, Palma Collective will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.
